I participated in the conference Storytelling in the Medieval World (University College London), presenting a talk titled “The story of Beowulf in schools: adaptations and explorations in different media”, along with Theo Bryer and Jane Coles (IOE UCL).
I talked about the use of procedural authorship and videogame creation in the context of Playing Beowulf, and showed some gameplay footage from one of the games developed in the project’s pilot workshop.
The talk was held April 11th 2015, at UCL’s beautiful Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre.
